The public is being given a say in how community health services should be run in east London.
Two consultation events are being staged in Stratford and Whitechapel by the East London NHS Foundation Trust to set priorities for the 12 months starting April 1.
The first meeting for anyone living in the boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham is next Tuesday (Feb 12), at Stratford Circus in Theatre Square, Stratford, from 10am to 2pm.
Speakers from the NHS trust will report on progress over the last 12 months and discuss priorities for the next year.
The second meeting is at Whitechapel’s Toynbee Hall on March 5 in the evening, 5-7pm, at 28 Commercial Street. It includes feedback from the Stratford event.
The consultations are for residents, patients, carers and NHS trust members to be able to influence how mental and community health services are operated.
