The NHS is urging East Enders to respond to letters to ensure their GP registrations do not lapse.
NHS North East London and the City are sending letters in June to people who have not visited their GPs recently. They are urging residents to fill out the accompanying form and return it in the pre-paid envelope enclosed.
Alwen Williams, chief executive of NHS North East London and the City, said: “If you do receive a letter, please do respond to let us know that you still live in the area. If you respond you will not be removed from your GP practice list.”
