Robin Baldwin, 42, was last seen on Monday, November 5 after visiting the cinema in Westfield Stratford City.

He has since been spotted on CCTV at Mile End station and officers believe he is using London’s transport network.

Robin has a number of medical conditions that require regular medication, including epilepsy.

He is described as a white male of around 5ft 7ins tall, of medium build and with a full beard. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a grey suit.

Det Con Kevin Hollins said: “Robin is a vulnerable individual who requires regular care for his ongoing medical conditions - the longer he remains missing, the more vulnerable he becomes.

“It goes without saying that Robin’s family have been beside themselves with worry since he has been missing.

“I would ask all members of public, particularly those using the transport network, to keep an eye out for Robin and if you see him please contact police or another authority as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting 18MIS044483.
