A NEW book aimed at children will help them explore the history of the Isle of Dogs with their families.
Eve Hostettler of the Island History Trust has researched and written the book which charts the story of human development of the Isle of Dogs from the time of the Roman empire to the present day.
It includes archive photographs, engravings and cartoon and has been sponsored by the Canary Wharf Group.
A Child's History of the Isle of Dogs - Migration, Continuity and Change includes suggests for further exploration and space for young readers to colour in the book.
