A PSYCHIC and holistic fair is being held in London’s East End to put a spotlight on the planned opening of Limehouse art gallery.
Well-known mediums and clairvoyants from TV and radio are making appearances, including Ron Wheatley from LBC and Talk Radio, Lillian Vernor-Bonds who has made guest appearances on the Paul O’Grady show with Joan Collins, and comedienne Omid Djalili.
The two-day fair is at a former 1920s film studio, the Cable Street Studio in Limehouse, which opens its doors on Saturday and Sunday (Sept 5 and 6).
The fair is being organised by Lifetunes, an organisation raising awareness of natural health techniques.
Organiser Nikki Smith said: “I got into holistic therapy after my daughter was in a bad car crash and made a full recovery with these techniques.
“Now I’m working with the Cable Street Studio and want to highlight their plans for opening the art gallery.”
Among the Holistic practitioners are Ron Bonewitz who introduced the practice of crystal therapy to Britain and is the author of 21 books. Another is Roy Dunkin, an expert in Setskukido deep tissue massage Latha who is demonstrating the Ayurvedic facelift technique with its feel good’ factor.
The building was last used for films nearly 80 years ago. It became a munitions factory during the Second World War.
The fair is 11am to 6pm both days. Nearest station Limehouse DLR.
