Hunt for riverboat passenger’s body

POLICE have been searching the Thames today (Monday) for the body of a man who fell from a pleasure cruiser on the river. The man, thought to be a Mexican tourist, fell from the Hurlingham vessel near Tower Pier at midnight last night (August 17)

POLICE have been searching the Thames today (Monday) for the body of a man who fell from a pleasure cruiser on the river.

The man, thought to be a Mexican tourist, fell from the Hurlingham vessel near Tower Pier at midnight last night (August 17).

Police launches from Wapping and the Thames Coastguard searched along the Pool of London, but by this morning had still not recovered the body.
