FROZEN food giant Iceland has announced it will start trading at a former Woolworths store in the East End this spring.
A spokeswoman for Iceland said: "We are looking to open up the Bethnal Green store in May. A definite date is still to be confirmed as the property is undergoing development work."
The supermarket chain is also set to move into former Woolworths stores in Roman Road, Bow, and Crisp Street, Poplar. But an opening date for these stores is still to be announced.
