Isle of Dogs knifing puts schoolboy in hospital

A SCHOOLBOY is being treated in hospital after he was stabbed in the stomach. Cops were called to Manchester Road on the Isle of Dogs around 4.30pm on Tuesday and found the 15-year-old with a stab wound to his abdomen. He was taken ambulance to Whitechape

A SCHOOLBOY is being treated in hospital after he was stabbed in the stomach.

Cops were called to Manchester Road on the Isle of Dogs around 4.30pm on Tuesday and found the 15-year-old with a stab wound to his abdomen.

He was taken ambulance to Whitechapel's Royal London Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

Police have arrested two boys in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
