HUNDREDS of kids are showing off their lingo’ skills tonight on stage to a packed audience in London’s East End.
The youngsters perform dances, songs and role-plays in different languages including Bengali, French and Somali at Bethnal Green’s famous York Hall.
The performances from primary and secondary school pupils are followed by presentations as part of Tower Hamlets’ annual children’s language competition when certificates for National Quality Assurance are being handed out, with Bangladesh’s Acting High Commissioner Allama Siddiki among guest speakers.
