ROBBERS threatened a man with a flick-knife as they held him up for his mobile phone in Victoria Park last Thursday evening.
The two muggers were aged around 20 and have been described as black or Asian. One was carrying a distinctive flick knife or 'rocket' knife with a silver handle and a black band in the middle.
The other had a black Staffordshire bull terrier dog on a long chain. The dog had a white patch on the top of its head, between the ears.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact Det Con Mark Crane in the robbery squad at Bethnal Green Police Station on 020 8217 6650 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
