The Football Supporters’ Federation and Blackpool Supporters’ Trust (BST) are hosting a day of action against the game’s unpopular owners on Saturday called Judgement Day 3.

Leyton Orient play their final League Two match of the campaign at Bloomfield Road, a 5.30pm kick-off and it will be their last in the Football League for at least a season.

O’s relegation to the National League was confirmed on April 22 following a disastrous year on and off the pitch at Brisbane Road.

Chairman Francesco Becchetti has ripped the heart out of Orient and they are in a mess heading into the summer.

On Saturday, O’s fans will join BST in the north west and the FSF are calling on fans to come along to show support to fans of clubs in crisis.

A march will commence at 4pm from Pleasure Beach via the Promenade South Shore and on to Bloomfield Road, which will be rounded off with a rally at 5pm.

Following the march there will be fixture at the home of AFC Blackpool where a Blackpool XI will take on a Clubs in Crisis fans’ XI.

Live music and drinks will round off the day at The Shovels venue. The day of action is named in honour of the 20th anniversary of the 1997 Fans United protests.

These saw fans from across the country, and beyond, rally behind Brighton and Hove Albion against nefarious owners ultimately saving the club.

A statement from Leyton Orient Fans’ Trust read: “While many Orient fans will want to watch the Blackpool vs Leyton Orient fixture, given its significance as likely the last league match for Orient for at least a season, we hope that as many O’s fans as possible support the other events on Judgement Day 3.”
