LEYTON Orient’s Community Sports programme has launched its Summer schedule in East London today for Tower Hamlets and the Isle of Dogs.
The programme lasts right through to August 28 at the end of the summer holidays, with sports staged in the East End including football, handball, basketball, tennis and cricket, along with camps, activities and courses.
The free activities take place at the Shadwell Estate Ball Cage, Hermitage Wall Ball Cage, Dinmont Estate, Ian Mikardo School, Spitalfields Estate, Langdon Park School, Bigland Cage, Haverfield Green Park, George Green’s School and the Minerva Estate.
