Leyton Orient defeated Crawley Town 2-0 on Saturday at Brisbane Road to move back into the League Two play-off places.

Armand Gnanduillet was on target twice against the Reds to give Kevin Nolan a second victory at home - his first since January 26.

It was the least the O’s deserved after dominating the encounter and they really should have won by more than two goals.

Alex Cisak (6) – Comfortable afternoon for the Aussie, although did make one decent stop from range when score was still 1-0.

Nicky Hunt (7) – Very solid performance from experienced defender and managed to get assist for the opener. Great distribution.

Mathieu Baudry (7) – Once again a strong display, which is becoming more regular for the captain now under Nolan. He didn’t do much wrong all game.

Shaun Brisley (6.5) – Slightly overshadowed by central defensive partner, although delivered a good showing and won everything in air.

Jerome Binnom-Williams (7.5) – Crystal Palace loanee started nervously, but really grew into the contest and was excellent after the break.

Sean Clohessy (6.5) – First start in almost a month and took too long on the ball at times, but got better as the match progressed and picked up a good assist.

Nigel Atangana (6.5) – Energetic performance from French ace, made tackles when they were needed and kept the ball well.

Kevin Nolan (8) – Best display from the player-manager since his arrival, so intelligent with his passing and looked a lot sharper against Crawley. A very encouraging sign.

Sammy Moore (8) – Out on the left again, but worked so hard and forced the opposition to give the ball away on numerous occasions. His set pieces were very good and deserved his standing ovation.

Armand Gnanduillet (8) – Two excellent goals, but should probably have got a hat-trick after missing some earlier chances.

Jay Simpson (6) – Frustrating afternoon for League Two’s top goalscorer, unlucky to have effort deflected over before failing to find net from two good situations.
