Find out what Sammy Moore, Michael Clark and Freddy Moncur have got up to over the past week

It has been a good week for Leyton Orient midfielder Sammy Moore on loan to National League outfit Dover Athletic.

The former Stevenage midfielder had to watch from the stands last Thursday (November 17) when Cambridge United visit Crabble Athletic Ground for an FA Cup first round replay because he wasn’t allowed to play by O’s.

Dover led for large parts of the contest, yet exited the competition 4-2 after extra-time having conceded an equaliser in stoppage time.

Less than 48 hours later and the Whites were in National League action at home to Guiseley and Moore played the full 90 minutes during a 2-0 victory.

Another quick turnaround saw Dover entertain Woking on Tuesday night and again they triumphed.

Whites claimed a 3-1 victory with Moore playing a part in the second goal in the 42nd minute at Crabble Athletic Ground.

Orient’s midfielder had an effort which was miscontrolled by Ross Lafayette, but Moses Emmanuel prodded home.

It is another busy week for Moore with Dover heading to Macclesfield tomorrow (Saturday) and visiting Sutton United on Tuesday in the National League.

Michael Clark helped East Thurrock produce another excellent result in the National League South last weekend.

In-form St Albans City visited Rookery Hill and luckily left with a point following a 1-1 draw.

Rocks created plenty of chances and were disappointed not to take all three points, but could be proud of their effort.

Clark and East Thurrock visit league rivals Margate this Saturday in the third qualifying round of the FA Trophy.

Freddy Moncur couldn’t help Bishop’s Stortford move up the National League South table this week.

The Orient youngster had his loan at the ProKit UK Stadium extended by another three months last Friday.

Moncur played the whole 90 minutes the following day when Dartford visited, but the away side claimed a 3-0 victory.

Stortford and Moncur will look to get back to winning ways when they visit Hythe Town in the FA Trophy tomorrow.
