Brisbane Road academy looking to stretch unbeaten record this season to 16 games and progress to next round of the competition

Leyton Orient’s under-18s make the trip to non-league Poole Town tonight (Tuesday) in the second round of the FA Youth Cup.

The winner at Tatnam Ground will book a lucrative tie at Premier League outfit Leicester City in the next round.

Richard Thomas takes his team to Dorset in good form and with an unbeaten record this season.

O’s youth have won 14 of their 15 games this campaign in all competitions, although drew 1-1 at Cambridge United last time out on November 5.

In the previous round of the FA Youth Cup, Orient produced a sensational display to see off local rivals Southend United 6-0.

Tristan Abrahams and Sam Dalby hit braces while Josh Koroma and Ruel Sotiriou were also on target.

It led to Alberto Cavasin included some of the under-18s in his squad at Brighton & Hove Albion last Tuesday.

Koroma started the EFL Trophy match at Falmer Stadium and fellow academy players Myles Judd and Henry Ochieng were introduced.

All three will hope to play a part this evening when Orient take on Poole Town for a 7.45pm kick-off.

For fans interested in supporting the youth, adult tickets cost £5, concessions are £3 and under-13s are £1.
