Online bookies Paddy Power say that Bethnal Green and Bow is a Labour favourite to win whilst Poplar and Limehouse is a Conservative favourite.
It puts Labour at 2/7, Respect at 5/2, Conservatives at 14/1 and the Liberal Democrats at 33/1 in Bethnal Green and Bow.
In Poplar and Limehouse the odds are currently Conservative 10/11, Labour 11/10, Respect 8/1 and the Lib Dems at 20/1.
Ladbrokes is predicting a similar result on its online betting service with the three main parties and Respect fighting for the hotly contested seats.
