More trains and carriages are running in east London and Essex this week on the Fenchurch Street network ready for the Olympics.
All trains are doubled to eight carriages on the Southend line operated by C2C, before the Games even begin. Longer trains on off-peak services after 7pm start today (Mon).
Three extra late-night trains are also on track after Friday’s Opening Ceremony, plus a shuttle service between Fenchurch Street, Limehouse and West Ham.
Three additional late-night trains are planned on Saturday and four on Sunday from Fenchurch Street when the Olympic Park closes each day, as well as the shuttle service to Fenchurch Street.
