RUNNERS gearing up for the London Marathon can plan out their route through the East End using their iPhone. Docklands Light Railway has launched the iPhone app which sets out six new running routes for those wanting to train during their lunch break.

Docklands Light Railway has launched the iPhone app which sets out six new running routes for those wanting to train during their lunch break.
It is part of the DLR's Discover Lunchtime Runs campaign which encourages office workers to exercise in their lunchtimes.
And joggers can have their pick of a range of runs, from two to three miles and 10-12 miles, with every route including the nearest DLR station.
