CHILDREN have been working with professional artists and a choreographer to create a story trail’ around their playground to perform for their mums and dads.
The pupils at Stepney’s Ben Jonson Primary have come up with a presentation with members of Whitechapel’s Kinetika arts group.
The set involves large windows around the school which have been installed with collages of story tiles’ illustrating the tales the kids have been learning in class.
The audience is guided along a story trail’ around the school grounds to the windows where performances using storytelling and movement bring the windows to life.
The performance is being staged at the school on Friday (July 17), for pupils, their families, friends and teachers at 10.30am.
