Police arrested a 40-year-old


A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson following a fire in Limehouse this morning.

Tower Hamlets Police said they were called, along with the fire brigade, to an address in Barleycorn Way at 5am.

The premises were evacuated and no-one was injured.

Police said in a statement: “A 40-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of arson.”
