Man charged over Poplar cannabis farm

A CANNABIS farm was closed down by cops when they raided a flat in Poplar last week. Police seized cannabis along with hydroponic equipment used for growing the drug when they raided the flat in Bazely Street last Friday.

A CANNABIS farm was closed down by cops when they raided a flat in Poplar last week.

Police seized cannabis along with hydroponic equipment used for growing the drug when they raided the flat in Bazely Street last Friday.

Junior Vaughan, 25, of Bazely Street, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis.

He was released on bail to attend Thames Magistrates' Court on December 15.
