A man in his early 30s has died following a collision with a motorcycle near Tower Bridge.

The incident, in Tower Bridge Road, near the junction of Tooley Street, took place on Tuesday, December 10, and the pedestrian, who was taken to an east London hospital with head injuries, was pronounced dead on Wednesday afternoon.

The motorcycle rider stopped at the scene of the collision but was not arrested, police confirmed.

Next of kin have been informed and police enquires are ongoing.
