A MAN was due in court today (Monday) in connection with a �250,000 drugs seizure in London's East End.
Officers from the Met Police Specialist Crime central task force were said to be observing an Audi in the car-park pf a McDonald's takeaway by the A11 Bow Bridge Flyover last Friday evening, when two men were arrested, according to Scotland Yard.
Police are believed to have seized heroin worth �250,000 and approximately �45,000 in cash "following a proactive operation."
Syed Hussain, 26, from Luton, Beds, was due before Thames magistrates in custody today, charged with possession with intent to supply class 'A' drugs.
