A car collided with a pedestrian yesterday morning (April 18) at around 9am on Mile End Road, east of Cambridge Heath Road.
The pedestrian was taken to the Royal London Hospital for treatment where they currently remain.
The 26-year-old driver was arrested at the scene for driving offences and is currently on bail pending further investigation.
