High street guru Mary Portas is to be launching new stalls on Roman Road Market this Saturday as part of her efforts to rejuvenate the area.
The “Queen of Shops” has chosen The Roman as one of three high streets to target as part of a channel 4 television series set to air in the New Year.
This Saturday will mark the launch of a new food square in the market, along with new fashion stalls which Mary is hoping will help turn Roman Road into a vibrant hub for the community once again.
Events will be kicking off at 11am on Saturday (November 10), the final day of filming ahead of Mary Portas’ new series.
