MEDITATION classes and tips on how to cope with stress are being offered to the public at an Open day at the London Buddhist Centre.

Events are being held at Bethnal Green's London Buddhist Centre in Roman Road on Saturday week, September 19, from 11am to 5pm.

Visitors who pop into each of the venues in the Buddhist 'village' around Roman Road and Globe Road can get their programme stamped and be up for a prize draw as a promotion for the centre in its 35th year in East London. Nearest Tube: Bethnal Green.
