The annual Mela festival celebrating Bangladeshi culture is to be held in Victoria Park this weekend.
Sunday afternoon’s festivities promise to be filled with colour, as thousands of people are expected to turn out.
This is the first year the Mela will be held in Victoria Park, moving from last year’s site in Weaver’s Fields, Bethnal Green.
