Mickey and Minnie Mouse joined children for a fun day in Mile End Park last week.
The event was put on to celebrate the arrival of Tina Kelly in the park, after she started running the kiosk by the children’s play park, in Locksley Street, Limehouse.
Kids made the most of free food samples, as well as arts and crafts, face painting and a bouncy castle.
The day was part of a fortnight of free events at the park put on for the Easter holidays. At other events, green-fingered children had the chance to learn about plants and sow some seeds for the spring.
