A charity which provides support to HIV sufferers were invited to a reception by the Prime Minister’s wife Samantha Cameron to celebrate their 25th anniversary .
Staff and volunteers at Mildmay hospital, in Austin Street, Shoreditch, went to Downing Street on Tuesday, October 22, to mark 25 years of HIV care in the UK and speak to guests about the opening of their new hospital, set for completion in 2014.
Mildmay is Europe’s only centre dedicated to the rehabillition of people with HIV associated brain injuries.
