MUMS wanting a step up onto the career ladder are being given a helping hand in London's deprived East End.
Women Like Us, a social enterprise set up four years ago by two working mothers in East London, is helping those who want to re-start their careers after having children.
They are running free workshops, backed by Tower Hamlets council, with career coaches on hand to give advice and job-seeking techniques.
