A 36-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of a jogger in Victoria Park six years ago.
Margaret Muller, 27, of Wallis Road in Hackney Wick, was stabbed to death in Victoria Park during her early-morning jog on February 3, 2003.
A post mortem gave the cause of death as multiple stab wounds.
A police spokesman said: "We are still appealing to anyone who was in the park on that morning and who saw anything suspicious to come forward.

"If it assists Margaret was white, and had short dark brown hair. She was wearing a pair of black leggings, a green fleece top and grey trainers."
Another man, a 46-year-old, has also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the murder and has been released on police bail.
