Michael Paul is joining the historic gallery from the Royal Institute of British Architects in Portland Place, west London.
He said: "My focus will be on modern British food, showcasing quality produce at its best time of year. This will give my menus a natural change and using local, seasonal produce will keep everything very fresh and flavoursome."
