A WALK designed to blow the cobwebs away follows the River Lea Vale from Bromley by Bow.
The Netwalking Group welcomes new walkers to join them at Three Mill Lane at 1pm on Friday, New Year's Day and will finish at St James Street in Walthamstow.
Walkers plan to visit the Pembury Tavern in Hackney to rest their weary limbs afterwards.
The group will meet at Three Mill Lane at 1pm on Sunday January 3 for the Three Mills Loop walk.
