West Ham skipper up against three other players for npower prize
West Ham midfielder Kevin Nolan has been nominated for the npower Championship Player of the Month Award for October.
The Hammers captain scored two crucial goals for his side last month including the winner against Brighton, as West Ham took 10 points from a possible 15 to reach second place in the league table.
Nolan is nominated alongside Crystal Palace right back Nathaniel Clyne, Birmingham City midfielder Chris Burke, and joint-top scorer of the Championship, Southampton striker Rickie Lambert.
The winner of the award will be announced live on Sky Sports News at 10am tomorrow morning.
