A new online tool which finds out which candidate for London Mayor voters are most politically-aligned with has been developed by researchers in east London.

Users answer questions on policy issues being debated in the run-up to the May 3 election such as crime, education, welfare and transport.

The Mayor4London.com website developed at London University’s Queen Mary College in Whitechapel and the London School of Economics analyses responses and shows how closely they overlap stated policies of Boris Johnston, Ken Livingstone, Brian Paddick and the other candidates vying to move into City Hall after May 3.
