Leyton Orient head coach Justin Edinburgh says he is very happy at the Brisbane Road club – despite being linked with the AFC Wimbledon managerial role.

The 48-year-old insists there is no reason for him to leave the O’s even if a League One club come calling.

The Dons sacked long-serving manager Neal Ardley on Monday, November, 12 after a struggling start to the season.

“That only comes from your team and your players and the football club doing well,” Edinburgh told BBC London.

“I think it’s shown today (Saturday) there’s no affect to me and I’m more than happy with what I’m doing here at Leyton Orient.”

Orient won 3-1 against London rivals Bromley on the weekend and Edinburgh insists there is no reason for him to leave the club.

“No, no, no. Listen, I think sometimes as a young manager I had opportunities and I didn’t leave and then went and I think that for me here there’s no reason to leave this football club.”
