AS the horn blows to signal the start of the Oxford vs Cambridge Boat Race, two feisty goats will start their dash just a few miles away at Spitalfields City Farm.
The goats, one named Oxford and the other Cambridge, will clash in the second annual Oxford vs Cambridge "Goat Race" at the Buxton Street farm at 4.30pm on Saturday.
The inaugural Goat Race last year saw Cambridge, the pygmy goat, storm home to victory in front of a roaring crowd of more than 400 people.
This year The Goat Race is set for even more farmyard fun and organisers say it is an unmissable date in the diaries of fans of both goats and nonsense.

There will be other things going on during the afternoon including an official Goat Race bookie and sweepstake, goatie knitting race, DJ and goat-themed market stalls.
All proceeds from the day will go to Spitalfields City Farm.
