The Paralympic torch is to pass through Tower Hamlets later this month as part of its 24 hour relay from Buckinghamshire to Stratford.
At 5pm on August 29 the flame will pass through Canary Wharf on the final stretch of its journey to the Olympic park.
The Paralympic torch route will differ from that used by ahead of the Olympics, with four different torches being lit in all four UK capital cities. All four of these will then be joined together ahead of the 24 hour relay to the Olympic stadium.
