A MAN died after being struck by a train on the London Underground at the weekend.
The incident caused disruption on the Central Line after Saturday afternoon's incident at 4.30 Mile End in East London. The line was closed for 90 minutes.
The man, a 23-year-old from Forest Gate, died on the track died after being hit by a westbound train. No-one else was involved in the non-suspicious incident, transport police confirmed. A coroner will now determine the cause of death.
