LITTLE Jonny Sultana is only two, but is already a dab hand at helping to make London's drab East End a little greener. He helped the grown-ups plant 200 tulip bulbs on Bethnal Green's Cranbrook Estate off Roman Road which were donated by the national Big Bulb Plant campaign aimed at making neighbourhoods more pleasant.
