A WOMAN was sexually attacked and robbed by two men in the street in London’s East End late at night.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack on the blonde woman, in her mid-30s, who was walking along Quilter Street in Bethnal Green around 10.30pm last Friday when she was attacked and threatened.

The thugs stole her bag—then sexually assaulted her before running off.

The attackers are described as slim-build Asians in their early 20s. One had short, dark hair with a long fringe and was wearing baggy, light-coloured clothing. The other had curly, shoulder-length hair and was wearing a grey and yellow striped t-shirt.

Police are urging anyone with information to contact the Robbery Investigation team at Bethnal Green on 020-8217 3834, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555111.
