Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack on the blonde woman, in her mid-30s, who was walking along Quilter Street in Bethnal Green around 10.30pm last Friday when she was attacked and threatened.
The thugs stole her bag—then sexually assaulted her before running off.
The attackers are described as slim-build Asians in their early 20s. One had short, dark hair with a long fringe and was wearing baggy, light-coloured clothing. The other had curly, shoulder-length hair and was wearing a grey and yellow striped t-shirt.
