HOMELESS charity Crisis is running a campaign raising the voice of homeless people in politics.

The Spitalfields-based charity has launched its 'Get a Voice, Get a Vote' campaign and is registering homeless people to vote and helping Crisis members to put their questions to election candidates.

A recent change in the law means that all British citizens can vote in the election on May 6, even if they do not have a permanent address.

Members are also writing letters to the MP candidates in Bethnal Green and Bow, telling them what they would do if they were Prime Minister.
