TONIGHT voters can put would-be MPs on the spot at a hustings meeting in Stepney. The event starts at 7pm at the Water Lily Centre near Blockbuster Video in Mile End Road. It has been organised by the Muslim Council of Mosques to give voters the chance
TONIGHT voters can put would-be MPs on the spot at a hustings meeting in Stepney.
The event starts at 7pm at the Water Lily Centre near Blockbuster Video in Mile End Road.
It has been organised by the Muslim Council of Mosques to give voters the chance to quiz candidates fighting for the �65,000 job as MP to represent people in the Bethnal Green and Poplar and Limehouse constituencies.
Representatives from the Conservatives, Labour, Liberal Democrats, Respect and the Green party will be there along with Hasib Hikmat from the United Voice party.
