Landscape architect Todd Longstaffe-Gowan is planning a two-hour trek round some of London’s famous squares for anyone who wants to join him, organised by the Bishopsgate Institute.

The internationally-renowned gardens adviser to Hampton Court Royal Palace delves into the history and development of the squares which he says are London’s greatest contribution to European town planning and urban form.

The trip starts 2pm on Saturday, September 15, from the Institute at 230 Bishopsgate, near Liverpool Street station, tickets �8 (�6 concessions).
