Traffic is slow in east London’s Limehouse Tunnel with a build-up on the westbound carriageway heading into town.
It’s just as bad northbound through the Rotherhithe Tunnel, with traffic building up along the A13 Commercial Road towards Aldgate and the City.
Congestion is stretching back to Limehouse and the East India Dock Road.
Traffic is also slow-going through the Blackwall Tunnel heading northward.
But the A11 Bow Road is running comparatively smoothly.
