A PROLIFIC thief has been landed with 300 days behind bars after cops caught him breaching his parole when he snatched a sat-nav from a parked car in London's East End.

Police working on information arrested Lablue Ali who was just out of prison on licence.

He broke into a car parked in Tench Street in Wapping on July 13 and ripped out the satellite navigation system.

The 28-year-old from nearly Shadwell Gardens was 'navigated' back to the cells after being sentenced at Snaresbrook crown court for theft and breaching his parole.
