SCOTT Cupit had his 60 minutes of fame when he did his swing dance routine on Trafalgar Square’s fourth plinth as the evening sun brought the crowds out last night.
The Salsa teacher who runs regular Monday classes at a pub in London’s East End got the crowds dancing too—even the tourists.
He was selected by ballot to perform for an hour and brought along some of his Swing Patrol dance students from the Shoreditch Litten Tree pub in Old Street to get Londoners in the mood.

COME DANCING
Scott is well known in dance circles as having been the chief swing choreographer for the Australian version of Strictly Come Dancing.
He was hot on the heels of 24-year-old Ally Steel—also from Shoreditch—who did her bit on the plinth releasing purple balloons for charity the day before.
