THE SEARCH is on for former pupils of an East End school to relive their school days at a summer reunion.

A get-together of Tower Hamlets School for Girls pupils is being held at the Lord Nelson pub in Manchester Road on Saturday July 17 for the classes of 1971 to 1981.

Organiser Brenda Duncan said: "We will be there from 12.30pm to 3.30pm so come along with your memories, like favourite teachers, Head mistress, Mrs Gould, Mrs Dean, House Heads, Mrs Bolster, Ms Rodell, Ms Pantlin, Ms Panasar, Mrs Kirk, Miss Gibson, Mrs Westlotorn and Mrs Thornton and Major, the fish pond, Sports days, Swimming tournaments, Keller/Boadicea/Nightingale and Tudor friendly clashes, and of course your class mates as well as hopefully rekindle old school friendships."

Further details are on the school's Facebook and Friends Reunited pages.
