So this is what our great-great granddads got up to on the Regent’s Canal in the sweltering summer—back in 1890!
These boys ‘skinny dipping’ in the murky canal waters is one of a unique collection of black and white photographs from the City of London’s Archive collection which has gone on public display at the iconic Tower Bridge today. The exhibition runs until September.
